Our Mens Sheds are free to join.
We welcome men aged 25+ to join our shed. You do not have to be referred to join our sheds, however you will need to be registered as a member. A member of staff will assist you with completing the registration form once you have decided to join the shed. We realise that some people may be nervous about their first visit to the shed, and we want to make sure that your first visit is a positive experience, so we would recommend that you call us before your first visit so that we we can meet you at the door and give you a tour. You are welcome to bring a family member or a support worker/OT/Social Worker to your first visit. We cannot unfortunately offer transport to and from our Mens Sheds, however you may be eligible for affordable/accessible transport via North Coast Community Transport or Translink .
Referrals from Statutory Bodies: If you wish to refer a patient/client to Be Safe Be Well Mens Sheds, please call us to discuss your referral prior to visiting the shed.
